At the same high level, the open-air summer is light-footed: the summer creations of chef David Kikillus are deliberately reduced varieties of his internationally inspired cuisine.

Summer Menu 2019

Numerous elements can be combined to create a culinary journey that cannot be pigeonholed, but is dedicated solely to enjoyment. The basis is selected ingredients of the highest quality, not radically regional, but radically excellent.

Gourmets who enjoy experimenting can, for example, look forward to Chawanmushi with duck jus and caviar, US beef tartare with sour cream ice cream, dill, beetroot and imperial caviar, or a sea urchin risotto with Australian winter truffle. Vegetarian options are also available.

There is a 4-course and a 6-course menu with tasting dishes, snacks and tapas. For the first time, it is also possible to order à la carte.

As usual, the wine selection comes from sommelier Steve Hartzsch, who focuses on wines from the Old World. The drinks menu mainly contains wines from France, Italy and Germany, but also selected beers, cider and spirits from Berlin manufacturers.

The "theNOname" Summer Edition is the ideal setting for long warm Berlin summer nights and the perfect place for experimental gourmets in search of an exquisite and uncomplicated fine dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere in the open air.
