Steve Hartzsch, who has previously worked at einsunternull, 5Cinco, Fischers Fritz and Reinstoff, has compiled a wine menu boasting over 200 positions centred around the Old World-theme.


With his selection, he puts small wineries in the spotlight, especially those that focus on traditional techniques and thus refusing to industrialize their products. Most of the wines hail from France, Italy and Germany, while some are produced on small islands such as Tenerife.

Steve Hartzsch has visited many of the vineyards personally. In addition to the wine accompaniment, guest may as well discover a fine selection of beer, cider and handcrafted spirits from small distilleries.
